What are the spa's regular hours of operation?

You can visit the locations page to know the opening hours of your preferred location.

Where are you located?

We are located inside the airport, after security. You need a valid boarding pass to access our spas. You can visit the locations page to discover our locations worldwide.

Is it possible for transit passengers to use your spa facilities?

Passengers who are in transit within the same terminal or in an airport with interconnected terminals are able to use our facilities.

What forms of payment are accepted at the spa?

Our spa accepts all major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as cash payments. We don’t accept payment by cheque or Apple Pay.

Which currencies do you accept?

For cash payments, we accept the local currency of the country where the spa is located. We also accept a list of different currencies in some of our locations.
